Transbordador Aeri del Port, Barcelona!

Ok I know I have been posting Barcelona blog posts forever now! But I only have 1 more left after this! Here are pictures from our walk to the mountain, hike up Montjuic, and trip across the Gondola where we took pictures of the breathtaking aerial views of the city! The Gondola ride was about 7 Euro a person for a one way trip and lasted about 10 minutes. The Gondola car holds a maximum of twenty people.

I just thought this was a pretty building!

Love the contrast of Red with the Blue sky!

A castle we passed on our walk to the Gondola!

Montjuïc is translated as 'Jew Mountain' in medieval Catalan, or is perhaps related to the Latin phrase Mons Jovicus ('hill of Jove').

Abstract sculpture of the Olympic rings near the foot of Montjuic.

Some Barcelona Graffiti!

Our little hike!

It was beautiful here!

Views from the Hike!

So green!

Pretty garden at the top of the mountain!

We stopped for lunch at this restaurant at the top of the mountain!

Now time for the gondola ride!

Views from the gondola!

The Olympic statue from above! look how cool the road looks there! It spirals down into a tunnel!

That mall right down there is where the restaurant is that we ate at the first night in Barcelona!

The street lined with trees in Les Rambles!

Color!

The W Hotel!

How it all works!

Spanish Word of the Day:
