Salmon Steak & Simple Mashed Potatoes!

Foodie Fridays!

I will also be posting something from Barcelona today!

Kevin made the best dinner last night! We were walking around the grocery store trying to decide what to buy and the fish section at the Interspar in the BTC mall is actually unreal! We tried salmon filets a couple weeks ago and they were filled with bones and difficult to eat. So we tried the Steak chop Salmon style yesterday to see how that was and it was amazing! When we made the salmon filets we baked them in the oven and that always dries fish out too much! So we looked up the best way to make the salmon steaks and all you need to do is heat a skillet at the highest temp and sear each side for 4 minutes and they ended up being so juicy and delicious! The best salmon we ever have made at home! Melts in your mouth!
