Swedes love nature and Swedes love to run!
This morning I took a run/hike through this trail by Kevin's Hockey Arena while he was at practice.
He told me it would be a nice 20 minute run and it's what his team ran for just a "warm-up" during preseason training. lol It was very hilly but a beautiful trail through the woods. Very intense for a warm-up but hey they are professional hockey players. In Tingsryd, Sweden there are so many nice hiking trails. I love it! Swedes always look for a reason to be outside. They love the sun! because it doesn't come around that much so its worshiped when its out. It's been very cloudy and rainy almost everyday since I've been here. It even rains when the sun is out!
So green!
Golden Sun!
