Medley is the brand new gym at the hotel in Tingsryd! It's so nice! The GM of the team was able to get all the girlfriends a free membership! They also have so many different classes I can attend! So excited to try them all!
Pool area is so nice offering a play pool, lap pool, and a few hot tubs!
Machines that are not used by weight, they are used by air pressure you can increase or lower for different pressures! They offer a class where you rotate through the machines spending 30 seconds at each! One of the players girlfriends teaches the class! :)
Love when I get the gym all to myself!
