Kevin and I spent the New Years in Venice, Italy with good friends and had an amazing time seeing Venice at night, riding around on the water taxi's, wandering the bridges and canals, counting down to midnight in the middle of the crowd in Piazza San Marco and seeing the extravagant firework show over the Grand Canal!

Countdown to Midnight!

Bellini's created here in 1934 by the founder of Harry's Bar in Venice! It is served at many celebrations in Italy, made of Prosseco (sparkling wine) and peach puree, giving it a pretty pink color!
